Supplier Compliance Analyst

The Supplier Compliance Analyst primary goal is to support the execution and continuous improvement of supplier compliance and Generacs environmental, social, and governance program within its supply chain and supply base. This role will be responsible for facilitating supplier compliance and implementing and administrating software solutions to enhance monitoring and reporting, in alignment with Generacs environmental and social governance initiatives. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in countries where products are manufactured and sold. Regular engagement with internal and external stakeholders involves providing analysis, suggesting process enhancements, and improving operations across the expanding global organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in an international corporate compliance, supply chain, or analyst role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, or Computer Science.
• 5 years of progressive experience in an international corporate compliance, business analyst, or sustainability role.
• In-depth knowledge of ESG principles, standards, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to translate ESG concepts into software solutions.
• Previous experience working in SAP ARIBA, Power BI, Smartsheet.
• Prior software development or support experience, including web applications.
• Prior experience in agile software development teams.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research, communicate, and provide training on compliance and ESG requirements to suppliers relating to current products, new product categories, and expansion of sales to new regions,
• Partake in new product development projects to make certain that safety and regulatory requirements are recognized and satisfied in target markets,
• Continuous awareness with changes to regulatory requirements, and recommend actions required to maintain compliance of active products,
• Standardize key work documents related to internal and external communications,
• Identify potential ESG risks within the supply chain and develop software-based risk assessment tools to evaluate and prioritize risks,
• Collect and analyze company-wide data on key compliance-based performance indicators, develop and measure success to convey progress and best-in-class execution,
• Leverage automation and data analytics tools to streamline compliance processes and enhance efficiency,
• Utilize Supplier Relationship software to support improvements in supplier execution,
• Drive sustainable procurement business goals, plans, and projects through management, metrics, compliance, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and,
• Assist in developing benchmarks, baselines, metrics, and reporting for Generacs ESG Program

• Strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Ability to interpret data and possess database application knowledge,
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, SAP ARIBA, PowerBI, and Smartsheet, and
• Knowledge of supplier contracts, product conformity, and problem-solving methodologies.
