Job Description for SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 consultant

Key activities

Provide functional and technical support for OnB 2.0

Manage and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA timelines

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.

Maintain and update configuration related to OnB 2.0 for eg. Process steps, business rules, notifications, onboarding templates, forms

Coordination with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand issues

Coordinate with SAP support when required

Test and deploy changes following change management process

Prepare user documentation

Proactively identify improvement opportunities in the existing onboarding process.

Required skills and experience:

3+ years hands on experience in OnB 2.0

Understanding of Onboarding integrations

Strong understanding of Panels, business rules, process flows, manage data, Recruit to hire, MDF objects, document signature tools (DocuSign, Adobe Sign), Process variant, data collection configuration, Onboarding task configuration, Condition configuration

Good knowledge of RBP

Knowledge of GDPR

Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills. Pre-requisite

SAP SuccessFactors OnB 2.0 certification (valid as on date)

Exposure to Employee Central, Recruiting is an added advantage

Exposure to ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira is an added advantage
