Experience: 2 years minimum in Overseas education with expertise in US and Australian Applicationprocessing .

Job Description:

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in processing and documentation, within education, immigration, or international student services.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse the student profile before starting the process

Handle and process student applications for studying abroad in the US/ Australia- accurately and efficiently.

Verify and maintain documentation related to student admissions, visas, and scholarships.

Coordinate communication between students, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines for student processing.

Update and manage student records, databases, and application statuses.

Support the Study Abroad team with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.

Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the application process.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/ Master's degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of work experience in application processing, admissions, in the study abroad field only.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and database management.

Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
