About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Student Counsellor to guide and support students in their academic and personal development. The ideal candidate will be able to connect effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and communicate fluently in multiple South Indian languages Kannada is a must . Candidate with Fashion Diploma will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counselling and guidance to students on academic, career, and personal matters.
• Assist in resolving student issues and promoting a positive learning environment.
• Handle walk in enquiries, phone calls, etc and conduct regular follow ups.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions and group workshops as needed.
• Maintain accurate student records and reports.
• Support in marketing and promotional activities such as exhibitions, career fairs, seminars etc.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to support student success.
• Travel to execute the role, with the team and to various colleges is a part of this role.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree/ diploma in fashion designing, Counselling , Social Work, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory; proficiency in other South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam) is an advantage.
• Prior experience in student counselling or educational settings preferred
