Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Student Counsellor with strong expertise in North American (USA & Canada) and European education industry to guide students through overseas education pathways. The role involves counselling students, assisting with university selection, admissions, visa processes and providing end-to-end support for students aspiring to study in North American and European nations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic counselling to students interested in North American & European education pathways.
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities, colleges and programs.
• Guide students on admission requirements, application procedures, deadlines and documentation.
• Support students with SOP, LOR, resume review and application submissions.
• Coordinate with universities, institutions and partner representatives.
• Assist students with visa guidance and pre-departure orientation.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Achieve enrolment targets while ensuring ethical counselling practices.
• Stay updated on North American education trends, visa policies and admission criteria.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors or masters degree in any discipline (Education background preferred).
• Proven experience in North American (USA & Canada) and European student counselling.
• Strong knowledge of universities, community colleges, pathways and education systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term student relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
