Key Responsibilities:

Shall work as per Team lead/management directives.

Preparation of design criteria and design specifications

Receive Clients brief/remit, formulate the scope of works and develop the design philosophy

Provide best value working design solutions to technical problems

Manage members of the design team to ensure the timely delivery of information, checking the work of other members of staff and providing assistance to their continued learning and development.

Work effectively within a multi-disciplinary design environment such that designs consider the impact across all relevant disciplines

Undertake calculations using design software but also by hand as required

- Provide sufficient information and support to enable Design Engineers / CAD Technicians to produce detailed design drawings suitable for construction

Requirements:

BE/BTech degree in civil engineering from a reputable institution, with ME/MTech desirable

6-12 years hands-on design experience in the design of foundations, and reinforcedconcrete and steel structures and substructures

Sound technical understanding of structures

Experience in the real estate industry preferred

Working capabilities with software such as ETABS, SAFE and RCDC preferred
