Key Activities

1. Cost Estimation against RFQ's from Marketing

2. Supplier Identification, evaluation & introduction of new suppliers.

3. Floating enquiries getting quotes,cost analysis, negotation.

4. Monitoring the development of toolings,sample trial inline with the timelines committed to marketing.

5. Completion of required documentation like PPAP etc.

6. Identifying the cost reduction oppurtunities.

7. Supplier consolidation, Rationalisation, Integration, Stratagic Alliances.

8. Monitoring the prices of various commodities like rubber, metals, plastic, oil, gas etc.

9. Contracts Management for vendors Service providers.
