Solutioner, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm, is supporting a product-led technology organization in hiring a Strategic HR Business Partner to operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership .

This is a pure Individual Contributor role designed for a senior HR professional with strong judgment, articulation, and executive presencesomeone who can independently lead enterprise-level people initiatives without operational dependency.

The Strategic HRBP will partner closely with business and functional leaders to translate business priorities into decisive people outcomes , spanning org design, performance effectiveness, leadership capability, and critical talent decisions.

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on organizational and people matters
• Independently lead org design, role architecture, and workforce planning initiatives
• Drive performance interventions, leadership effectiveness, and talent reviews
• Partner on succession planning and high-impact talent decisions
• Diagnose people risks and recommend pragmatic, business-aligned solutions
• Influence outcomes without authority in a complex, fast-paced environment

• 8+ years of experience as an HRBP in product-led / technology organizations
• Proven experience working directly with senior leaders and leadership teams
• Strong executive presence, articulation, and business judgment
• Ability to work autonomously in an IC role at an enterprise level
