Executive Assistant to Director Business Strategy & Reviews
Role Overview
Partner with the Director to drive business performance reviews, evaluate strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making across business units. This role combines analytics, strategic thinking, and executive coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze quarterly performance, strategy, and capex plans; highlight key risks and opportunities
- Prepare sharp review notes and insights for leadership discussions
- Coordinate review meetings and track follow-ups
- Evaluate annual plans, budgets, and capital investments; monitor outcomes
- Assess strategic proposals (business case, financials, risks) and support decision-making
- Conduct deep-dive analysis and benchmarking across business units
- Generate actionable insights to improve profitability, cash flow, and performance
Ideal Candidate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify complex data into clear insights
- High ownership with strong stakeholder management
- Experience in strategy, consulting, or finance preferred
