Store Supervisor

Miraza is looking for a responsible and disciplinedRetail Supervisorto oversee daily store operations and support the smooth functioning of our premium retail outlet.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and capable of handling both operational responsibilities and team supervision.

Open the store daily and ensure proper start-of-day procedures

Check store condition before opening (electricity, equipment, cleanliness, safety)

Ensure all lights, AC, equipment are properly switched off at closing

Identify and report any discrepancies or operational issues immediately

Supervise and coordinate a team of 8 employees

Monitor staff discipline, attendance & task allocation

Oversee daily store activities and ensure smooth operations

Handle loading & unloading of stocks from warehouse

Monitor stock levels and coordinate product indent requirements

Ensure proper stock arrangement and storage standards

Maintain store cleanliness and display standards

Generate weekly operational reports (sales support data, stock movement, team updates, issues, etc.)

Close the store daily and ensure proper end-of-day procedures

Prior retail/store supervision experience preferred

Ability to manage and coordinate workforce

Basic knowledge of inventory handling

Physically active (stock handling required)

Responsible, punctual & disciplined

Basic reporting & documentation skills

Strong observation and problem-identification skills

Maintain store cleanliness and display standards

8:30 AM 10:00 PM

15,000 19,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
