Roles & Responsibilties

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory, merchandising, and cash management.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory levels, place orders, and liaise with vendors to ensure stock availability.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining positive relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze trends to inform decision-making.
• Ensure strict compliance with store security protocols, health, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate promotional events and collaborate with the marketing team to boost store footfall.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and keep abreast of industry trends to advise customers effectively.
