About us:

Reccy an outdoor-first apparel brand is looking for a driven, curious Retail Associate who has hands-on experience across customer experience, store operations, merchandising, marketing and product understanding.

This is a full-time, on-ground role with scope to grow into senior retail, store operations, or community-led roles.

Role Details:

Chembur, Mumbai (On-site)

6 days working

Week off: Weekday (Sunday working)

Joining: Immediate joiners

Key Responsibilities

Customer guidance and product recommendations

Sales operations, billing, POS

Stock upkeep + inventory support

Supporting merchandising through product arrangement and display updates

Light content + community-facing tasks

Day-to-day operational & marketing execution

Qualifications

12th pass / UG / Graduate

Curious about retail and customer behaviour

Confident communicator; reliable and presentable

Fluent in English + basic Hindi/Marathi

Ready for a full-time, on-ground role

Prior retail/hospitality exposure is a bonus
