Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager based in New Delhi. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage team performance, implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with loss prevention standards. Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory, meeting sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive working environment within the retail team.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Proven ability in Store Management, overseeing operations, and managing team performance
• Solid knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and strategies
• Exceptional Communication skills for team collaboration and customer interactions
• Experience in retail or a relevant industry preferred
• Leadership and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively
