·       To Enhance  the skill level of Channnel Partner Technicians  (L0, L1, L2 & L3)

·       To Enhance  the skill level of Channnel Partner  Executives (Basic Level & Advanced Level Training)

·       To Provide AL product Familiarisation Program for Customers ( STU,KAM,MITR Mech & Supplier Courses)

·       To Enhance the Skill Level of Internal Stakeholders (AL – DET , GET & Laterals )

·       Upkeep the Training Aids & Documentation  For Conduct the Training.

·       Maintain the Course File and Documentation under the IATF 16949 Audit Compliance.

People Excellence:

·       Knowledge upgradation of New Products & Field issues and there by increase the Training Effectiveness.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues ,the resolve customer complaints.

·       Explain the safety protocols and compliance standards within the Chennel Partners to ensure a secure working environment.

Market Intelligence:

·       Ensure the Training Content on Advanced Electronics, alternative Fuels and keep update the Channel Partners during the Training

·       Adhering on Emission Norms and Environmental Standard compliance.
