Job Description
Responsible for developing Agency, OEM 4W & 2 W & SME business in the State
Managing multiple branches through dedicated team of Branch Managers and Sales Managers
Focus on increasing penetration and achieving market share targets for both 4W and 2W OEMs
Responsible for building and developing SME business distribution in the State.
Achieving Agency recruitment, TA and productivity target for the state
Responsible for achieving Top Line and Profitability targets for each location
Increasing Renewal rate through close monitoring and necessary liaising with channel partners/Dealers.
Managing and motivating team to drive function’s objective. Driving team members for achievement of KPI’s
High engagement with agents, Dealers & Channel partners through regular visit and other sales initiatives
Ensuring compliance and process adherence at all times
Coordination for periodic reviews within organization
