COLLECTION , RECOVERY, FLOW BUCKET, UNSECURED LOAN , TEAM HANDLE. AGENCY HANDLE

What you will work on:

Monitor accounts and proactively act on that.

Investigate historical data for each defaulter

Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments

Take actions to encourage timely debt payments

Process payments and refunds .

Resolve billing and customer issues.

Update account status records and collection efforts

Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.

Personal Visit on High Value accounts for fast resolution.

Co-ordination with the Legal team for fast Recovery.

Able to do allocation to respective agency and Executive.

State Collection Head
