Job Title: Java Staff Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 11-15 years

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications using Spring/Spring Boot/Jersey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Utilize front-end technologies such as Angular JS, CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, Bootstrap, or React/Vue.JS/Next.JS to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Implement and manage databases, including SQL and MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues, providing effective solutions and improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 11-15 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Spring/Spring Boot/Jersey frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: Angular JS, CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, Bootstrap, React/Vue.JS/Next.JS.
• Experience with databases such as SQL and MongoDB.
• Excellent debugging and design skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms and services.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
