You will design intuitive, enterprise-grade experiences that simplify complex financial workflows, working closely with product and engineering from concept to production. What Youll Do

Own end-to-end UX and interaction design for complex billing, collections, and receivables workflows.

Translate business and financial complexity into clear, intuitive user journeys and experiences.

Conduct, synthesize, and apply user research and usability testing to drive informed design decisions.

Create and ship high-quality low-to-high fidelity designs, prototypes, and UI specifications in close collaboration with engineering and product.

Uphold design quality at scale by validating solutions, evolving the design system, and advocating for usability, accessibility, and user empathy.

What You Bring

7+ years of experience designing complex software products, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or fintech environments.

Strong expertise in interaction design, user flows, information architecture, and core UX principles.

Proven ability to simplify complex systems into elegant, usable, and scalable experiences with strong visual craft.

Hands-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma),responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.

Excellent communication skills, technical fluency with front-end concepts, and a growth-oriented mindset suited for fast-paced teams.
