About the role:

Will be responsible for managing and supporting various platform services, ensuring seamless operations, and adhering to ITIL and ITSM best practices. Experience with UC4 (Automic Automation Version 21) is a plus.

What you will be doing:

• Provide comprehensive support for platform services, including network, firewall, Windows OS, certificate management, and authorization services.
• Administer and maintain UC4 (Automic Automation Version 21) environments as needed. Monitor and troubleshoot platform services and automation workflows.
• Implement and manage solutions to optimize IT processes and platform performance. Collaborate with application support teams to ensure integration and performance of platform services.
• Participate in incident management, problem resolution, and change management processes. Ensure compliance with ITIL and ITSM standards and practices. Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Apply SRE principles to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance. Develop and implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively address issues.
• Will be working in 24/7 Rotational IST Shifts

What you bring:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in supporting platform services, including network, firewall, Windows OS, certificate management, and authorization services.
• Experience with UC4 (Automic Automation) Version 21 is a plus.
• Good experience as SRE (Site reliability engineer). SRE mindset with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation tasks.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for database management and queries.

Added bonus if you have:

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with other automation tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
