Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 12 to 14 years of experience in Pega technologies and Investment Banking Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Pega-based solutions ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This role requires deep technical expertise in Pega and a strong understanding of investment banking processes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of Pega applications ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Pega applications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Pega applications with existing systems and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain Pega reports to provide insights into business operations.
  • Implement Pega case management solutions to streamline business processes.
  • Utilize Pega Decision Hub to enhance decision-making capabilities within the organization.
  • Design user-friendly Pega interfaces to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Ensure Pega applications are mobile-friendly and accessible on various devices.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

  • Demonstrate expertise in Pega Application Development and Pega Data and Integration.
  • Have experience in Pega Reporting and Pega User Experience.

  • Have a strong background in Investment Banking Operations.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
