Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 14 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM Data Loader Oracle File-Based Data Import and Oracle BI Publisher. This role requires a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Data Loader solutions to ensure seamless data integration.Oversee the use of Oracle File-Based Data Import to streamline data migration processes.Provide expertise in Oracle BI Publisher to generate comprehensive reports and analytics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through rigorous testing and validation processes.Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing system maintenance and upgrades.Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.Optimize system performance by implementing best practices and tuning configurations.Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the system.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users as needed.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality reliable technical solutions.
Qualifications
