Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ServiceNow modules including Strategic Port Management ITSM ITAM HRSD FSM CSM GRC and ITOM. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our ServiceNow platform to enhance business processes and drive efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITAM HRSD FSM CSM GRC and ITOM.Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Port Management to optimize project and portfolio management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations.Ensure the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to streamline operations.Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows business rules and UI policies to enhance user experience.Monitor and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and deployment to ensure scalability and maintainability.Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to governance and regulatory standards.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of ServiceNow capabilities.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities to continuously improve the platform.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using ServiceNow.Document technical specifications and project plans to ensure clear communication and alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITAM HRSD FSM CSM GRC and ITOM.Demonstrate strong expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Port Management.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining ServiceNow workflows business rules and UI policies.Have experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Be knowledgeable about governance and regulatory standards related to ServiceNow implementations.Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their proficiency with ServiceNow.Demonstrate the ability to document technical specifications and project plans clearly.Have a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.Exhibit a strong understanding of system audits and compliance checks.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of ServiceNow.
Certifications Required
