Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python and Flask Python. Desirable knowledge in FAST Search API. This role involves leading technical projects developing high-quality software solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of software solutions using Python and Flask Python.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and implement features that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain robust scalable and efficient codebases ensuring best practices in software development.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into projects where applicable.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of project roadmaps ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of software solutions implementing best practices in data protection and privacy.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes tools and methodologies.
  • Drive innovation and excellence in software development contributing to the companys overall success and impact on society.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development with a focus on Python and Flask Python.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Desirable to have FAST Search API
