Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Test Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management and a background in Industrial Manufacturing is a plus. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional to ensure the highest quality standards in our software solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for IBM Maximo Asset Management applications.Identify document and track software defects to ensure resolution.Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.Perform functional regression and performance testing to ensure software quality.Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.Participate in requirement and design review meetings to provide input from a testing perspective.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.Mentor and guide junior testers to improve their skills and knowledge.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall quality.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing and IBM Maximo Asset Management.Contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of IBM Maximo Asset Management and its functionalities.Have experience in Industrial Manufacturing domain is a plus.Demonstrate proficiency in automated testing tools and techniques.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Show strong communication and collaboration abilities.Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Certifications Required
Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management V7.6
