Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula Oracle Cloud HCM-Compensation and Oracle Cloud HCM-Benefits. This role requires a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. The work model is hybrid and the shift is day. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions focusing on Compensation and Benefits modules.
  • Oversee the development and customization of OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula to meet client requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in IT Consulting and Analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure quality and performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and configurations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their professional growth and development.
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their HCM processes.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient operation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle Cloud HCM technologies.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of HCM solutions.

  • Possess strong expertise in OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM-Compensation and Oracle Cloud HCM-Benefits.
  • Have a solid background in IT Consulting and Analytics.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Display a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Hold a relevant certification in Oracle Cloud HCM or related field.
