Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in TypeScript CSS3 HTML Redux and React. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our web applications ensuring they are user-friendly and efficient.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using TypeScript CSS3 HTML Redux and React.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation.
  • Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in TypeScript CSS3 HTML Redux and React.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of web development best practices.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git is required.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools is nice to have.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hybrid work environment is advantageous.
