Wintel & Azure Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Wintel and Azure infrastructure team.

• Design and implement scalable Azure solutions for enterprise environments.

• Oversee Windows Server administration, patching, and performance tuning.

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.

• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning for Azure workloads.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud and on-premise systems.

• Monitor and optimize cost and performance of Azure resources.

• Implement security best practices across Wintel and Azure platforms.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide root cause analysis.

• Manage virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware.

• Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell and Azure CLI.

SCCM & Intune Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SCCM and Intune team for endpoint management.

• Design and deploy Intune policies for mobile device and application management.

• Oversee SCCM infrastructure for software deployment, patching, and compliance.

• Manage Windows Autopilot and provisioning packages.

• Ensure secure and compliant configuration of endpoints across the organization.

• Integrate Intune with Azure AD and other Microsoft 365 services.

• Monitor and report on device health and compliance status.

• Collaborate with security and operations teams to enforce endpoint protection.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

• Troubleshoot deployment and configuration issues across SCCM and Intune platforms.

• Manage application packaging and deployment lifecycle.

• Automate endpoint management tasks using PowerShell and Graph API.
