Sr Specialist RAN Engineering

Job Description:

Actively work with AT&T LABS team to develop the business/functional requirements aimed at introducing new features, development projects, and enhancements to existing RAN, RF, and LBS projects - involving Location Based Services for E911, Wireless Emergency Alerts, and Firstnet services. The position requires the following technical expertise:

• Engage in the design, development, deployment, and unit testing of applications.
• Contribute to systems design, architecture, and documentation, including data analytics using languages such as Java, Python, C#, and GIS Maps.
• Utilize backend frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate, along with UI/UX frontend languages and frameworks such as HTML5, CSS, Angular, Bootstrap, and Typescript.
• Work with databases including Snowflake, MariaDB, and Oracle.
• Apply strong agile methodologies for developing web applications and platform microservices, incorporating automation pipelines, testing, and cloud deployment using Kubernetes (K8) and Docker.
• Develop applications incorporating GenAI/ML analytics to support RAN requirements.
• Enhance CI/CD automation processes and tools to efficiently deploy features and applications.
