Sr Specialist -Meta Ads

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Meta Ads (Performance Marketing) to join our Gurgaon-based team. The ideal candidate is a Meta-heavy performance marketer with a deep understanding of scaling paid campaigns and driving measurable ROI.

Youll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing Meta campaigns across multiple funnels managing large budgets and delivering impactful business outcomes.

• Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end.
• Handle and scale monthly budgets exceeding 2 Crore efficiently.
• Develop full-funnel media strategies to achieve acquisition, retention, and revenue targets.
• Conduct A/B testing, creative analysis, and audience segmentation for continuous performance improvement.
• Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to drive cohesive growth initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics with actionable insights.
• Stay up to date with Meta Ads algorithm updates, tools, and industry best practices.

• 24 years of hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) performance marketing.
• Proven track record of managing >1 Crore monthly ad spends on Meta.
• Strong grasp of conversion tracking, attribution models, and optimization techniques.
• Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or growth-driven businesses preferred.

• Advanced expertise in Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 10/10 communication and presentation skills.
• Highly data-driven, detail-oriented, and performance-focused.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
