Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer with 7 to 9 years of experience in SOTIF Automotive Cybersecurity and Automotive Functional Safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement software solutions that meet SOTIF standards.
  • Ensure all software solutions adhere to automotive cybersecurity protocols.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of software to ensure functional safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software into automotive systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
  • Document software design and development processes for future reference.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance.
  • Optimize software performance for automotive applications.
  • Work closely with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.

  • Possess a strong understanding of SOTIF standards and their application in software development.
  • Have extensive experience in automotive cybersecurity protocols and practices.
  • Demonstrate expertise in automotive functional safety and related testing methodologies.
  • Show proficiency in software development for the automotive industry.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

    Certified Automotive Cybersecurity Professional (CACSP) ISO 26262 Functional Safety Certification
