Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset & Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift contributing to our innovative projects and enhancing our technological capabilities.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure the scalability performance and security of applications within the Asset & Wealth Management domain.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards within the Asset & Wealth Management domain.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

  • Possess a strong proficiency in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in the Asset & Wealth Management domain.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Show strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
  • Have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Hold a relevant certification in AWS or Java to validate technical expertise.
