Sr. Software Business Analyst

TalentMicro, the emerging leader in Recruitment, HR ad Staffing process automation products is seeking a senior Sogtwaer Business Analyst who an also perform the project management tasks

Responsibilities

• Understand customer reequirements in HR Business Services domain and prepare SRS and Design specifications
• Prepare solution framework as per the customer requirements
• Estimate the efforts wiht the help of developmenet teams
• Configure the software as per teh SRS specs
• Conduct user acceptance test of the delivered product
• Work on data migration tasks if any and overall project management
• Must be ready to travel extensively to client locations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any gradudate or PG with eposure to software industry
• Excellent technical wrting, requirement gathering and analysis, configuration and training
• Overll excellent project management exposure to become Project Manager in near future

Salary: 7.2 LPA to 12 LPA + otehr benefits
