Job Description
Job Title: Sr.Specialist – Quality Engineering
Location: Hybrid-Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Chennai
About the Job:
The Sr. Specialist works under very minimal or No supervision of the Lead, is technically strong, and can support testing independently. The individual should lead a small team of 3-4 members successfully.
What you will do:
Should handle a team of 3-4 members. Identifies and creates test scenarios and test cases.
Should independently handle Product / Sub System testing.
Assistfor creating an end-to-end test plan, executing the plan, and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected
Supports Leads in all testing aspects of the project viz: Metrics generation, Reports preparation etc".
Assists Lead / Manager in test Strategy creation.
Review Test cases, Test results and Defect Triage.
Works with business analysts/developers to ensure the developed code matches the documented design.
Works independently and efficiently.
