Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Motion Graphics Designer based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The selected candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality motion graphics and animation projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating compelling motion designs, collaborating with creative teams on video production, and staying updated with current trends to deliver visually engaging content aligned with brand strategies. The candidate will also be expected to contribute to project planning, provide design insights, and ensure adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical expertise.
• Experience in Video Production, including animation and post-production techniques.
• Graphic Design and Graphics skills, with an understanding of visual aesthetics and design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within creative and strategic teams.
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Animation, Motion Design, Graphic Design, or related fields, is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role (3-4 yrs minimum), particularly in digital content creation or marketing, is an advantage.
