Job Summary

We are looking for a senior professional to lead the design and continuous improvement of AI-focused learning programs, bridging the gap between industry AI innovation, emerging job roles, and the future of education. The role will ensure curriculum alignment with the latest developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI adoption.

The candidate should bring strong experience in AI strategy, research, program management, and curriculum development, along with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into structured, industry-relevant learning outcomes. The role also requires CXO-level stakeholder management, partner ecosystem collaboration, and strong governance practices, including program oversight, risk management, and change management, to deliver impactful and scalable AI education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

AI Research & Industry Insights

• Conduct ongoing research on AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.
• Track global/industry trends in Agentic AI, LLMs, conversational AI, and AI automation.
• Translate industry developments into practical learning frameworks and curriculum updates.
• Aligning with the Changing Ecosystem, New job roles, continuously adapt strategies, programs, and capabilities to respond to the rapidly evolving AI and technology landscape

Curriculum Development and implementation

• Redesign courses and training methodologies by incorporating AI-enabled tools, digital platforms, and modern learning approaches.
• Work closely with faculty, trainers, and instructional designers to ensure high-quality content. Review AI training modules, learning pathways, and certification programs
• Integrate hands-on projects, case studies, run Pilot projects and real-world applications into the curriculum.
• Familiar with College Ecosystem and partnership models.
• Build frameworks for AI adoption, digital transformation, and skill development initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with industry experts, AI practitioners, and technology partners.
• Strengthen Internal AI Capacity, develop the AI understanding and digital skills of existing teams and trainers through structured learning journeys, exposure sessions, and practical applications.
• Participate in AI ecosystem development, workshops, and knowledge sessions.
• Take ownership for Employer partnership and collaboration.

Governance & Quality Assurance

• Establish standards for AI curriculum quality, learning outcomes, and assessment models.
• Ensure programs follow ethical AI, responsible AI, and compliance frameworks.
• Continuously adapt strategies, programs and capabilities to respond to the rapidly evolving AI and Technology landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field

Experience

• 814 years of experience in AI, data, technology consulting, program management, or curriculum development.
• Experience in AI research, AI adoption programs, or enterprise AI solutions is preferred.

Technical Knowledge

• Understanding of:
• Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
• AI/ML concepts and applications

• Cloud ecosystems such as Azure, Google Cloud, or OpenAI platforms
