Role: Senior Lead - Salesforce LWC with Cloud
Experience: 8-12 years
Location: Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Bangalore, Chennai

Requirement:

•    More than 10 years of IT experience and 8+ years in Salesforce. Multi-cloud solutioning experience
•    Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms (Service & Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and help implementation
•    Good understanding of the technical features and functionalities of the Salesforce platform and act as the bridge between the client and the technical team(s).
•    Exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, CPQ/Billing, FSL, FSC, Health, Education, Experience, Marketing) and AppExchange products.
•    Lead Requirements gathering sessions and document the requirements.
•    Contribute to developing test plans and drive the testing during both QA and UAT.
•    Lead and participate in developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
•    Experienced in stakeholder management
•    Experience in Agile projects
•    Communicate effectively with a globally distributed team
•    Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancement
•    Collaborate inter-departmentally to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•    Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
