Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in hiring Salesforce professionals for contract and contract-to-hire (C2H) positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with Salesforce consultants, developers, and architects. A solid understanding of Salesforce technologies and contract staffing models is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit Salesforce talent (e.g., Developers, Admins, Architects) for contract and C2H roles
• Partner with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and timelines
• Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and cultural alignment
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely placement
• Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and ATS systems for talent acquisition
• Negotiate rates and terms with consultants and vendors

Requirements:

• Proven experience recruiting for Salesforce roles
• Strong knowledge of contract staffing and C2H hiring models
• Excellent sourcing and negotiation skills
