Sr Graphic and Visual design associate- Proposal management

What success looks like in this role:

• Creates innovative and design concepts that follow current internal campaigns and organizations brand guidelines.
• Works closely with Pursuit Leaders, Sales Executives and Proposal Managers/Coordinators to develop and implement design concepts on proposals.
• Works closely with Technical Writers and Editors to ensure graphic designs are grammatically, stylistically, and scientifically accurate.
• Participates in strategy sessions, project input meetings, and on brainstorming team calls.
• Communicates project changes in a positive manner.
• Negotiates design changes with proposal leadership and specialists while ensuring that project objectives are maintained.
• Ensures accuracy by understanding and applying the master brand guidelines, creative process, and internal proofing.
• Adherence to different time-zones, willingness to work overtime with no advance notice

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor´s degree, preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a graphic designer and/or desktop publisher working in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint on PC platform
