GIA Apparels is seeking a highly driven Sr. Executive Process Excellence to champion continuous improvement initiatives and elevate operational efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, execution, and ongoing refinement of the Process Excellence Roadmap .
• Facilitate process mapping , SOP development, and crossdepartmental engagement to ensure clarity and operational consistency.
• Drive organization-wide process excellence projects , ensuring alignment with strategic goals and governance frameworks.
• Conduct detailed process audits , monitor corrective actions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Apply Lean tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline workflows.
• Deliver training and awareness programs on Lean principles and governance standards for various departments.
• Prepare and present comprehensive progress reports, audit insights, and roadmap updates to senior management.
• Support problemsolving activities, including root cause analysis and implementation of long-term corrective measures.

Required Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor's degree
• Lean Belt Certification (Green Belt)
• Experience in process auditing
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the apparel industry at the executive level
