JR70483 Sr Engineer, Scribe Design Quality and SystemsSpecific responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Identify required business processes and set up a system of process to establish work flow in a matrix organization.
- Standardize BKM's and methodology across technologies and scribe design sites.
- Act as bridge person across global Scribe Design teams to achieve alignment, work sharing, and higher level of collaboration across global structure.
- Joint development of CAD tools and methodologies for automating and/or increasing productivity of physical layout design
- Drive continuous improvement of tools and processes as well as eliminating redundant ones.
- Establish a change management process for scribe design and set up the necessary supporting tools.
- Establish a comprehensive training program, organize supporting material, and drive implementation across the group.
- Establish metrics and management program to drive effectiveness and efficiency.
- Address quality issues in a timely manner using tools such as RINS, PV, DITS, G8D, KT, etc.
- Drive decisions through data, metrics, and processes.
- Build the quality and BPM team in scribe design.
- Test structure Design, layout and verification
- Create and maintain test structure documentation and related parametric information
Qualifications:
Successful candidates for this position will have:

- Demonstrated innovative problem-solving skills.
- Good team building skills locally and globally.
- The ability to be flexible with travel and work times.
- Understanding of device characterization, and relation of test structure layout to measurement results
- Layout and Verification skills in Cadence and Calibre
- Experience in scribe design, layout, verification, and tapeout
- Knowledge of mask Design business processes, design and tapeout flows.
Education & Experience requirements:
- BS degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience is required.
- 4+ years in an engineering experience required.
- Experience with mask design, manufacturing, and quality.
