Job Description:
Responsibilities
•Demonstrate strong functional, technical and domain experience in Privilege Access Management products
•Establish operational processes and KPI/KRI metrics for PAM services including CyberArk and Active Directory bridging. Lead process improvement initiatives focused on manual efforts reduction, process optimization and customer service excellence
•Partner with business, product, Architecture and Development teams to implement and deliver Privilege and Identity Access Management (PAM) systems and solutions.
•Designing technical cybersecurity controls and define standards and best practices in the application of PAM principles and best practices.
•Drive PAM Operational and compliance requirements and design specifications for privileged access management solutions and collaborating with relevant stakeholders in performing these activities.
•Lead incident management, problem management, Major Incident Management and change management for PAM infrastructure systems and processes
•Demonstrate privilege access management controls to compliance and audit teams and ensure controls are operated effectively. Collaborate with risk management partners to execute risk mitigation programs
•Experience working with diverse teams including internal employees, third-party contractors and business partners
•Facilitating the continuous adoption, training, communication, and education of PAM capabilities, functions, and standards to our teams and clients.
•Flexible to upskill on tools/technologies to align with changing business needs and priorities
Requirements
•12+ years of Privilege Access Management domain experience.
•8+ years of experience with AD Bridging, Privileged Access Management, Infrastructure, Networking, and Large Enterprise Environments.
•Strong delivery and operations experience including Disaster Recovery (DR) processes, High-Availability (HA) designs, and managing business critical complex solutions for large enterprises or organizations size similar to AT&T.
•Hands-on expertise with securing privilege accounts on Active Directory, SAML, *nix servers, Network Devices and Databases.
•Experience with CyberArk PAM, Delinea Active Directory bridging Operations in public and private cloud environments.
•Strong customer focus with the drive to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers.
•Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
•Experience with ITIL service management and Service delivery methodologies
Preferred Requirements
•Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps processes
•Broader knowledge and experience with Identity technologies and solutions.
•BeyondTrust, One quest AD Bridging and Cloud (AWS or Azure) certifications.
•Train and support junior team members on PAM capabilities, implementation and operations deliverables
Certifications
•CISSP, CISM, or ITIL relevant industry certifications.
