We are looking for a Senior SailPoint Developer with strong handson experience in designing and developing IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow. This role is focused on development, customization, and integrationsnot support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize SailPoint components: workflows, rules, connectors, forms, and provisioning logic.
• Build API-based integrations using REST/SOAP, JDBC, and cloud/SaaS connectors.
• Implement identity lifecycle processes, access reviews, and governance workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, and security teams to deliver secure IAM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with audit and governance requirements.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years in IAM with strong focus on SailPoint development.
• Solid experience in Java, Beanshell/Groovy, XML, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of IGA concepts, compliance workflows, and access governance.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with AD/Azure AD, databases, and SaaS apps.
