Job Summary

The Sr. Consultant role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and delivering innovative solutions using Agile methodologies and cloud computing. With a hybrid work model the consultant will leverage their expertise in project management to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the companys growth. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience and offers a dynamic day shift environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee project management activities ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices in cloud computing and Agile frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.

  • Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
  • Mentor and support team members in adopting Agile practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliverables.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance business processes.
