Job summary
We are seeking a Sr Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience in Solution Design & Architecture. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Sr Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that align with business objectives ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of complex technical solutions to meet business requirementsOversee the development and implementation of solution designs ensuring alignment with industry best practicesProvide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the solution development lifecycleCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into effective solution designsEnsure the scalability performance and security of designed solutionsConduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems and architectures recommending improvements as neededDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution designs and architecturesFacilitate workshops and meetings to communicate solution designs and gather feedback from stakeholdersMentor and coach junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvementStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating relevant advancements into solution designsEnsure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements in all solution designsContribute to the development of best practices and standards for solution design and architecture within the organizationDrive innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches to enhance solution effectiveness
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Solution Design & Architecture with 8 to 10 years of relevant experienceDemonstrate expertise in designing scalable high-performance and secure solutionsExhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsShow proficiency in various architectural frameworks and methodologiesHave strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work modelDisplay a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and advancements
Certifications Required
TOGAF certification or equivalent in Solution Design & Architecture
