Job Description : Sr. Brand Executive (Client Servicing) Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong, trust-based relationships (100% retention focus)

Understand client industries & recommend proactive strategies

Gather monthly/quarterly feedback and ensure seamless service delivery

Act as the primary senior contact for key clients.

Coordinate with finance for timely collections

Maintain revenue from existing accounts

Strategic Planning & Brand Development

Drive marcom strategies (SMM, SEO, profiling) & brand documentation

Present insights & growth strategies to clients via structured decks

Brief internal teams on objectives, timelines & expectations

Track progress across creative, tech & media teams

Maintain trackers, dashboards, project folders & meeting notes

Brief internal teams clearly on objectives, timelines, and expectations.

Experience: 25 years (Digital Marketing Agency background preferred)
