Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior BIM Modeler- Mechanical, located in Noida. The responsibilities include creating and managing BIM models for mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with client standards and project requirements. You will coordinate with design and engineering teams, generate detailed construction documentation, interpret architectural and MEP-related input, and maintain adherence to quality and technical standards in project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience in the use of relevant tools and software
• Strong domain knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems design and implementation
• Experience with construction drawings, detailing, and documentation processes
• Familiarity with architecture and its integration with MEP and construction processes
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative work skills
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related fields is preferred
• Experience in a BIM-focused environment and understanding of international codes and standards will be an advantage
