Role Description
This full-time role is for a Senior Architect specializing in Sustainability, based on-site in our Bengaluru location. The Senior Architect will lead the conceptualization and execution of architectural designs that integrate sustainable and biophilic principles. Responsibilities include developing eco-friendly architectural plans, overseeing project management from ideation to implementation, supervising construction to ensure compliance with sustainability standards, and collaborating with software and engineering teams for technological integrations. The candidate will also play a key role in developing innovative solutions to build climate-resilient, regenerative community spaces that align with Nature-Based Living's mission and projects.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a focus on sustainability and biophilic principles
- Site experience is a must
- Proficiency in Project Management and leadership abilities to oversee complex architectural projects
- Knowledge of Integration and Software Development for implementing technological solutions
- Educational background in Architecture or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees
- Familiarity with sustainable practices, including water conservation, renewable energy, and climate-resilient design
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and experience in leading cross-functional teams
