  • Knowledge on Succession Nominations , Succession Approval, Matrix Grid Rating, Talent Search and Talent Pools
  • Succession Organizational Chart Knowledge
  • Performance vs. Potential 9 Box configuration experience
  • Development Plan template and Learning activity template configuration experience
  • Knowledge on career worksheet template and career path
  • Knowledge on Goal Plan Template to include standard fields and custom fields
  • Knowledge on Goal Wizard, cascading goal linking
  • Knowledge on Import goals, Group Goals and Goal Execution
  • Performance template configuration experience and competency library knowledge
  • Integration with Goal Management module
  • Calculation of overall performance rating
  • Route map to establish form template workflow
  • Integration with Calibration module
  • Experience in Continuous Performance Management & Continuous Feedback.
  • Provide expert-level support for issue resolution, enhancements, and system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and process improvements.
  • Perform mass data uploads using tools like Import Employee Data, Manage Data, and Integration Center.
  • Ability to design, develop and articulate solutions based on strategic business or technical requirements. 
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high quality deliverables (documentation, presentations).
  • Good domain knowledge of HR and employee life cycle management
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and consulting skills
  • Able to advise, strategize and formulate improvement opportunities
