Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in Java Oracle Retail - RO and Oracle RMS. Experience in POS Software & Hardware and POS Analytics is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications using Java and Oracle Retail
  • RO to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Oracle RMS implementations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Retail systems to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Conduct system testing and validation procedures to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Implement enhancements and updates to Oracle RMS based on user feedback and industry best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for Oracle Retail systems to support ongoing maintenance and future upgrades.
  • Assist in the integration of POS Software & Hardware with Oracle Retail systems to ensure compatibility and functionality.
  • Analyze POS Analytics data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members in a hybrid work model to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring reliable and efficient retail systems that enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Possess strong technical skills in Java and Oracle Retail
  • RO.
  • Have experience with Oracle RMS implementations and support.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of POS Software & Hardware integration.
  • Show proficiency in analyzing POS Analytics data.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shifts.
