Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for the role of Sr. Accounts & Finance Executive. The role involves managing financial records, processing transactions, handling sales and purchase tracking, accounts receivable and payable, tax compliance, ledger maintenance, audit support, and other accounts and finance-related activities, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com, M.Com) or other related fields
• Professional certifications such as CA (Inter)/CA, CPA, or similar will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business and financial operations
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, vendor payments, and petty cash
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory audits and tax filings
• Monitor inventory and purchase entries with cost accuracy
• Implement and maintain accounting systems and internal financial controls

Requirements

• 58 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance
• Experience in sales and purchase tracking and recording
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable management
• Understanding of tax compliance (GST, TDS) and other statutory requirements
• Experience in ledger management, financial record maintenance, and transaction processing
• Ability to support audits and maintain proper financial documentation
• E-commerce industry experience is a plus
